Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Safibee mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users, including free, Pro, and Family plan subscribers. Safibee Inc. ("we", "us", "our") reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Safibee. Users aged 13–17 require parental consent. By using the App, you confirm you meet these requirements.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Safibee only for its intended safety and wellness purposes. You must not:

• Use the App to harass, stalk, or monitor anyone without their consent
• Add emergency contacts without their knowledge and consent
• Abuse the emergency features (false SOS alerts waste emergency resources)
• Attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the App or its services
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent plan limits
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly on the date you first subscribed
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Prices are in USD and may vary by region
• You will be notified at least 7 days before any price changes

Free Trial

Paid plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime before the trial ends to avoid charges.

Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel anytime in the App under Profile → Manage Plan, or via your App Store/Play Store subscriptions
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
• We offer refunds within 14 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied — contact support@safibee.com

Safibee's emergency features depend on:

• An active internet connection (WiFi or cellular data)
• Your phone battery being charged
• Location services being enabled
• Your emergency contacts having valid, working phone numbers

We cannot guarantee delivery of SMS alerts due to carrier limitations, network outages, or invalid phone numbers. We are not liable for any harm resulting from failed or delayed emergency notifications.

By enabling Live GPS or geofencing features, you consent to background location collection. You can revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.

Location sharing links generated by Safibee are accessible by anyone with the link for up to 24 hours. Share these links carefully — you are responsible for who you share them with.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safibee Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any injury, death, or harm resulting from reliance on the App's emergency features
• Failed or delayed SMS/push notifications
• Loss of data due to device failure, app crashes, or force majeure events
• Unauthorized access to your account if you share your credentials
• Actions taken by your designated emergency contacts

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Abuse emergency features with false alerts
• Engage in fraudulent payment activity
• Are reported for stalking or harassment

You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Settings → Delete Account. Account deletion permanently removes all your data within 30 days.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration under the AAA rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property matters.

Class action waiver: You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive your right to participate in class action lawsuits.
